I have a Home Watch business and this is a great product. Clogged condensate lines are one of the biggest causes home flooding and microbial growth in Florida. This is a nice solution for what could be a big problem. Easy to install with PVC glue, flushed out a lot of sludge on first use. Having the shutoff valve is great no water backs into coil unit. Highly recommend.
