This is a must to have, and works very well. It's pricey, but what in aviation isn't.I rent a lot of planes from flight schools, and the windscreens are ALWAYS filthy on the rental planes. The first thing I always do during pre-flight is clean the windscreen. Why flight schools don't teach this as lesson one is beyond me. When I was getting my PPL, I carried and used, this before every flight.My CFI was very impressed that I took the initiative for this, and we got along great. When the most important regulation in aviation is to see and avoid, first you must see out the windscreen.
